UploadFit data deletion

How to request deletion of information associated with your use of UploadFit.

UploadFit has no user accounts. There is no UploadFit account to close, but you can request deletion of information associated with RevenueCat purchase records or support interactions. UploadFit is developed by Sidhanshu Udawat under the AppCrazy Labs studio brand.

How to submit a request

  1. Email udawat.sidhanshu@gmail.com with the subject “UploadFit data deletion request”. You can use the button above or compose the email yourself.
  2. Tell us whether you want to delete support correspondence, RevenueCat data, or both. For support messages, use the email address you previously contacted us from, if possible.
  3. For purchase-related requests, include a Google Play order reference or a RevenueCat app user identifier if you already have one. If you do not, send the request anyway and we will help identify the relevant record.

You do not need to sign in, create an account or reinstall UploadFit to submit a request. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, identity documents or sensitive images. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that a record belongs to you before deleting it.

We review requests without undue delay and respond within applicable legal deadlines. Our reply will confirm what was deleted, explain any information needed to complete the request, or describe any records that must be retained and the reason and applicable retention period.

What can be deleted

  • Support interactions: email correspondence, contact information and attachments you voluntarily sent to us, subject to the retention exceptions below.
  • RevenueCat records we manage: the customer record and associated app user identifiers, purchase history, entitlement information and customer attributes, where present and eligible for deletion. We handle these requests through RevenueCat; you do not need a RevenueCat account.

A RevenueCat customer identifier is a technical identifier used to manage purchases, not an UploadFit sign-in account. An image attached to a support email is part of that correspondence, separate from images processed locally in the app.

Deleting images and data on your device

Delete saved images using your gallery or file manager. Android’s clear-storage controls or uninstalling UploadFit remove app-managed local data. Exported files, copies shared with another app and cloud backups can remain; delete those through the relevant app or backup service. We cannot remotely delete files on your device.

Uninstalling UploadFit does not automatically delete support emails or purchase records.

What may be retained, and for how long

  • Support information: normally kept only until the enquiry and necessary follow-up are resolved, or an eligible deletion request is completed. Records needed for an ongoing dispute or legal obligation are retained only for the period that reason requires.
  • RevenueCat purchase and entitlement data: normally retained for as long as needed to provide and restore Pro access, unless you request deletion. We delete eligible records after verifying your request. Any separate transaction evidence required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or a legal dispute is retained only until the applicable required period ends or the issue is resolved.
  • Google Play transaction records: Google controls its own payment and transaction records. A request to us does not erase them. Their retention depends on Google’s policies and applicable financial or legal obligations; we cannot promise a deletion date for records controlled by Google.

There is no single retention period for every transaction or jurisdiction. If we must retain information after your request, we will explain which records, why, and the applicable duration or criteria for deciding when they can be deleted. Retained information is limited to what is needed for that purpose. See Google’s retention policy and RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.

Purchases, Pro access and advertising data

Deleting RevenueCat records may affect recognition or restoration of your lifetime Pro purchase. It does not itself issue a refund or delete your Google account. Continuing to use UploadFit or restoring a purchase can create a new RevenueCat record.

Google AdMob and its advertising partners manage advertising data separately. For information about their processing and available privacy controls, see the advertising section of our privacy policy. Contact us if you need help directing a request to the relevant provider.
