AI is a capability, not the product.
Models can extract and suggest. The product still has to validate, apply rules, handle exceptions and make the next step obvious.

Reliability is designed in.
Deterministic controls, human review, permissions and audit trails matter wherever business decisions carry consequences.

Start with the operating problem.
Useful automation begins with how people actually work, not with a blank canvas, a new tool or a prompt looking for a purpose.

Leadership multiplies judgment.
The aim is not to be the person with every answer. It is to create clarity, grow capable leaders and help teams deliver with confidence.

Engineering depth, product judgment and a bias toward shipping.
My career has moved across mobile, backend systems, cloud architecture, engineering management and company building. The thread is the same: turn ambiguous problems into useful, reliable products.
I’ve built products and led teams across India, the UAE, the UK and Germany. At Qonto, I led multiple engineering teams in regulated fintech. At AutoScout24, I combined hands-on technical leadership with people and product responsibility.
Now I’m applying that experience as the founder of NeevFlow, working across discovery, product design, engineering, AI-assisted delivery and early customer conversations.
