ID Photo Studio data deletion
What you can remove yourself, what we can help delete, and what other services control.
ID Photo Studio has no user account to close. It keeps photos, projects, edits and generated files on your device, not on AppCrazy Labs servers. RevenueCat does create a technical customer identifier for purchases, and you may also have sent us a support email. This page explains each kind of data.
Delete files on your device
- Delete a project in ID Photo Studio to remove its app-managed original, working photo, preview and generated files when they are not used by another project. If a file could not be removed, the app tells you and Settings offers cleanup for unused local files.
- To remove all app-managed projects, files and local free-export or ad-reward credits, use Android’s clear-storage control or uninstall the app. This may reset free export credits; it does not cancel or refund a Pro purchase.
- Delete separately saved JPEG, PNG or PDF exports in the folder, gallery or file manager where you saved them. Project deletion and uninstalling do not remove those copies. Delete shared copies or cloud backups through the receiving app or backup provider.
We cannot remotely access or delete local photos or files. Normal use of the app does not upload them to our servers. A photo you voluntarily attached to a support email is different and can be included in a request to us.
Request deletion from us
- Email udawat.sidhanshu@gmail.com with the subject “ID Photo Studio data deletion request”. The button above starts the email.
- Tell us whether you want us to delete support correspondence, eligible RevenueCat customer and entitlement data, or both. If you previously contacted support, write from the same email address if possible.
- If your request concerns a purchase, include a Google Play order reference or RevenueCat app user identifier if you already have it. You can still ask if you do not have either; we will explain what is needed to locate the record.
Do not send passwords, payment card details, identity documents or sensitive photos. We may ask for limited additional information to verify a record belongs to you. We will review the request without undue delay and respond within any applicable legal deadline, explaining what we deleted or why something must remain.
Records we can review for deletion
- Support interactions: emails, contact details and attachments you chose to send us, subject to any necessary follow-up or legal retention.
- RevenueCat records we manage: an anonymous technical app user identifier, purchase and entitlement history, and any associated customer information, where present and eligible for deletion. This identifier is not an ID Photo Studio sign-in account.
Deleting a RevenueCat record can affect recognition or restoration of Lifetime Pro. It does not itself refund a purchase or erase Google Play’s order history. Continued use or a purchase restore may create a new RevenueCat record.
Records held by Google and others
Google Play controls its own payment and transaction records. A request to us cannot delete those records; use your Google account and Google Play support for requests about them. Google AdMob and its advertising partners manage ad-related data under their own policies. The app offers ad privacy options where required, and Android offers advertising controls. See the advertising section of the privacy policy.
What may remain, and for how long
We keep support information while needed to handle the request and follow-up. We or our service providers may need to retain limited transaction or support records for a dispute, fraud prevention, accounting, tax or another legal obligation. Eligible RevenueCat data is deleted after a verified request, subject to those requirements. Google Play and AdMob apply their own retention policies to records under their control.
There is no single confirmed number of days for all of these records or all jurisdictions. If we must retain information after your request, we will explain what remains, why, and the applicable duration or criteria for deletion. Clearing app data or uninstalling does not automatically delete support, RevenueCat or Google Play records. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy and Google’s retention information.
