Chat Like Gen Z data deletion

Request deletion of your account and associated data. No sign-in is needed to contact us.

Chat Like Gen Z is developed by Sidhanshu Udawat under the AppCrazy Labs brand. The Android test app creates an anonymous Firebase account for your conversion balance, even if you do not link Google. You can start a deletion request from this page without opening the app or signing in.

How to request deletion

  1. Email udawat.sidhanshu@gmail.com with the subject “Chat Like Gen Z account and data deletion”. The button above opens a draft.
  2. Include your Support ID if you have it. In the current Android test build, find it at Settings → Save or recover balance, under “Support / test account ID”. If you linked Google, also tell us the email address used for that link, preferably by writing from that address.
  3. Say whether you want your app account and associated records deleted, specific support messages removed, or both. If you no longer have the Support ID, explain that in your email so we can discuss another way to locate and verify the account.

Do not send your password, payment-card number, purchase token, Firebase credential, private message text or identity documents. We may request limited additional information to confirm that the account belongs to you. We will reply with the status, any verification needed, what can be removed and any records that must be retained. No fixed completion time has been verified for the current test process.

How support verifies a request

For a linked account, support sends a one-time confirmation challenge to the verified Google email already registered on the Firebase account. Reply to that challenge with the code and explicit deletion confirmation. A supplied Support ID or an email From header alone is not proof of ownership. If you have no Support ID, support can locate the linked account using that verified email. The challenge expires after 24 hours.

For an unlinked guest, use deletion from the signed-in app on the original device. If you have lost that device/session, support will discuss whether ownership can be safely established; a guest Support ID alone does not authorize deletion. We will not delete another person's records or ask for passwords, private tokens or identity papers.

What is deleted

A confirmed request immediately blocks new conversions and grants on that account. Cleanup deletes the Firebase Authentication account and its Google identity link, wallet and balance, conversion records/results, pending requests, billing-account mappings, reward tickets and reward limits. Cleanup retries hourly if interrupted. Signing in to Google afterward cannot recover the deleted wallet; a new account can receive only its own new guest allowance. Your Google account itself stays intact.

Support emails and attachments are handled separately. Say if you want those removed too; support removes matching correspondence after ownership verification and reports any specific retention exception. Email-provider backups and Google-managed transaction history are outside the app's account cleanup. Support replies with completion status; no fixed completion time for manual requests is promised.

Data on your device

In-app deletion clears the writing profile, pending conversion input, recent saved input/result and pending reward state on the requesting phone, signs out Firebase, and attempts to revoke the app's Google sign-in access. This does not delete your Google account. If you requested deletion by email, or used other/offline devices, clear the app's storage on those devices to remove local copies. You can also remove Chat Like Gen Z from your Google Account's third-party connections if access remains.

Uninstalling or clearing storage alone does not delete server data. Device backups, screenshots and text copied/shared to other apps may remain under their own controls. Never uninstall merely to request deletion; an unlinked guest may lose the ability to prove ownership. The app retains a local deletion-completion marker so it does not silently reopen the closed wallet; you may explicitly start a new guest account.

What is retained, and for how long

After deletion, minimal purchase/reward records retain the transaction-token digest, pack/reward type, amount, timing and reversal status for 180 days. The Firebase UID, email, Google identity, ticket nonce and message data are removed. This supports duplicate-credit prevention and refund reconciliation. A hashed deletion receipt is kept for 90 days to block stale requests and record completion. Hourly cleanup removes these after the deadline, with possible delays during outages, retries or backlog. These periods are operational choices for internal testing, not stated legal mandates. Cloud Logging separately retains default operational logs for 30 days and locked required audit logs for 400 days; account deletion does not remove these platform logs.

For active accounts, conversion results and message fingerprints expire after seven days; the backend removes them on access and an hourly job performs physical cleanup. Minimal request/status records remain until account deletion to prevent duplicate deductions. Active pending requests settle or time out before cleanup. This does not promise physical deletion at exactly seven days. See theprivacy policy for local copies and service logs. Google Play, AdMob and Gemini manage data under their own policies; app deletion cannot erase Google's independent purchase or service records.
